Based on police interrogation room interviews, the premise of this Investigation Discovery show prods into the mind of suspects and the intense moments their chilling confessions take place. I created two concepts and several early style boards for a client pitch to promote the show. These were intended to be used within both the body of the promo and as an end page announcing the premiere of the show. One of my first concepts centered around sound frequencies and visualizing how this "evil" frequency may look as a suspect was making their confession. I also created an alternate concept based on distortion. My goal was for this second concept was to show looming individuals through elements of an interrogation room environment with frosted glass and fluorescent ceiling light fixtures of an interrogation room.
