Animal Planet - Puppy Bowl & Rotel
This was a fun integrated brand spot I got to work on for the cool people over at Animal Planet & Ro-tel for their yearly Puppy-Bowl. Our brief was to show all the steps in creating Ro-tel's "Famous Queso Dip" while also promoting the Puppy Bowl and it's infamous rivalry of team "Fluff" and team "Ruff". Some adorable fuzzy friends helped us in our recipe along the way. I pitched two styles for this project. I also illustrated an alternate outlined style that ended up unused. I had a lot of fun animating all the ingredient sections and tried to blend all the 2D seamlessly with the 3D elements. Tim Bubb helped added his magic sauce in animating the stadium and crowd shots. Andy Hsu also helped animate the 3D microwave sequence.
