HBO Max contacted Alter Ego to create an animated montage of panels for the new "The Not too Late Show with Elmo" on Max's revamped streaming platform. This animated montage was featured on the show's homepage. I was tasked with the wonderful opportunity to animate the entire montage of panels of some very hilarious celebrities, characters, and artists. This was an interesting challenge creating a layout that worked for both horizontal and vertical social formats. Elmo is quite the talk show host!
